Challenge: Sarissa’s existing desktop application for workflow creation lacked user-friendliness and often failed to capture essential information needed for efficient task execution. The application required a streamlined process for creating workflows that included images, text, and overlays. Sarissa sought a solution that would enable production line employees to easily generate and modify workflows, ensuring all necessary details were captured to maintain operational efficiency.

Solution: SSI partnered with Sarissa to develop EasyWorkflow, a user-friendly app that allows employees to seamlessly create workflows by arranging images, text, and overlays. This intuitive interface mirrors a slideshow creator, enabling quick and effective documentation for task management. Each step can include relevant details such as tool specifications or task instructions to support production accuracy.
