Jawad has a master’s (M.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s (B.S.) degree in Electronics Engineering from UET.
Jawad enjoys reading and traveling in his leisure time.
Fahad has 17+ years of experience in the tech sector in various commercial and strategy roles. He oversees growth of the firm and is responsible for marketing, business development, partnerships, and structuring new corporate ventures. Previously, he worked 10 years at Orange in various roles including Senior Director Marketing, Director Strategy & Business Development, and Director International Business Development. He holds a Bachelor’s (B.S.) degree in Environmental and Business Economics from Rutgers University.

Shahab joined SSI in 1999 and has 30+ years of experience in project management and operations. He oversees areas of Operations, HR, Finance and Legal. He has been pivotal in building SSI’s development centers globally and expansion to Germany. He holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from LUMS, a Master’s (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from UET.
Shahab spends his leisure hours traveling, swimming and making gelato as a Certified Gelato Chef.
As Managing Director for SSI Software Services GmbH, Bernhard Schimunek brings 25+ years of experience in business development, international project management and business unit management of technology corporations. He has worked extensively in areas of real-time data integration and aggregation, advanced analytics for industrials, Internet of Things (IoT) applications and Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) applying modern Big Data Analysis. Bernhard has previously worked in positions of Chairman of the OpenAPC Foundation, CEO of Business Consulting Schimunek, COO of IPC Fab automation GmbH and Managing Director of MKS IPC Products GmbH. He holds engineering degrees from the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg, Germany.
In his personal time, Bernhard is an avid athlete, enjoying soccer, skiing and biking.
Humayun has 22+ years of experience leading key functions including client engagement, product development, architecture, delivery, and scaling development teams. At SSI, Humayun is engaged in driving business growth, overseeing key relationships, and administering account management. He holds a Master’s (M.A.) degree in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s (B.S.) degree in Commerce and Computer Science from McGill University.
He has taught software engineering at Harvard University and serves as a mentor at various Tech Incubators in the Chicago area.
Shoaib Abbasi is a serial technology entrepreneur and investor with technical expertise in analytical and mathematical optimization solutions that support business strategy, planning and operations. Under his guidance, SSI has developed software solutions that have generated hundreds of millions in new revenues and delivered millions in operational savings for client companies. Shoaib’s experience collaborating with a broad spectrum of organizations – from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises – enables him to engage directly and early in client relationships, contributing to projects from strategy through execution.
Shoaib earned a Master of Business Administration M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago, adding to Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. Shoaib’s balance of business acumen and technical expertise fosters a culture of ingenuity, accessibility and accountability from the frontline to the highest ranks.
