It enhances our focus on collaboration and continuous improvement while teaching agile techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean to improve product delivery speed and quality.
We remain deeply invested in the training and certifications of our teams to better focus on customer needs, enabling us to deliver higher-quality solutions faster. Most recently, we implemented SAFe enterprise-wide for one of our key clients, Tenant Inc. Tenant is a Newport Beach-based leading SaaS platform for the self-storage industry. Our project leads participated in a series of onsite and remote training conducted by a SAFe-certified Agile Coach, followed by a hands-on Program Increment (PI) simulation where SSI project leads directly collaborated with Tenant’s leadership team to prioritize and plan the product backlog. This has resulted in a more holistic approach toward strategizing the product roadmap planning and delivery.
