I love window seats. Looking out at the limitless horizon, the sun setting, and rising somewhere else in the world gives you ample space and time to look inward and reflect. On one of these flights last week, I reflected on my own journey. I joined SSI in 2001, and in these last two decades oversaw a gigantic shift and evolution in Tech.

The idea of this blog started with these thoughts. I feel proud as I look back at 2023 and what it meant for SSI’s growth as a company.

SSI closed 2023 with double-digit revenue growth, solidifying our position as a leader in the industry. We fortified our leadership team by welcoming highly experienced individuals and promoting key internal players to navigate this growth and optimize our potential. This strategic move ensures we leverage our expertise to capitalize on emerging opportunities and overcome hurdles.

Expanding our Global Presence

Our commitment to growth extends beyond financial metrics. Recognizing the interconnected nature of the global market, we expanded our physical presence, opening new offices in strategic locations:

  • New York City: We strategically hired top talent to fuel the expansion of our New York office, solidifying our footprint in the heart of the tech ecosystem.
  • Lahore: SSI unveiled a new 20,000-square-foot solar power-equipped campus, reflecting our commitment to environmental sustainability.
  • Munich: We relocated to the iconic Palais Leopold, embracing a historic landmark as our German headquarters.
  • Arkansas: Expanding our reach to the Midwest, we opened doors in the vibrant tech hub of Arkansas, becoming an integral part of the region’s innovation ecosystem.
