Challenge: Circadiance required the architecture, design, and development of a greenfield cloud-based platform to facilitate hospital discharge of premature infants and efficient post-discharge monitoring services for parents, home care providers, and physicians. The platform facilitates communication between healthcare providers, physicians, and parents, streamlining prescriptions and therapy management. The system supports secure data transmission via TCP/IP or file upload, ensuring reliable processing and accessibility.
