Client: Operin is a leading provider of Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) software and services that facilitate the investment management community in automating their operational workflows. Operin’s products and services help their clients to improve processing efficiencies, streamline processes, minimize operational risk, and enhance compliance.

Challenge: Operin's software is designed to facilitate the investment sector by providing an intelligent solution for automating and optimizing operational workflows. The key challenge for Operin was to deliver a robust product that delivers efficiency to common investment management challenges while meeting all financial regulations.

Solution: The Strategic Systems International (SSI) team designed and developed the front-end application to seamlessly integrate with their back-end business logic. The solution has reduced workflow effort by 40% and the rule-based architecture has enabled the users to cut down the inefficient manual processing of data. The SSI team has also been an integral part of the design decisions to provide the right technological mix for the solution.

Tools & Technologies: The core product of Operin is built on asp.net and utilizes the webforms as a base technology stack along with Telerik controls and JavaScript/jQuery. Some features and modules were developed in Angular.js.
