| Hybrid Development |
This model is a combination of onshore and offshore development schemes. The onshore team will directly interact with you and, depending on project specifics, will serve as consultants or project managers. Onshore team will take care of requirements gathering for design, functionality and architecture of the project. The Offshore team from its side will interact only with the onshore team and will provide additional consulting, business analyses and support on crucial questions. Therefore it will reduce costs and implementation time of development project.
