| Shoaib Abbasi / President |
Shoaib Abbasi is the President of Strategic Systems International, Ltd and has led Strategic Systems since its inception in 1991. SSI has served leading companies under his strong leadership.
Mr. Abbasi strongly believes that the key to deliver premium services to clients is to create highly charged teams. He takes a personal interest in developing teams and leaders and invests significant time to personally coach them to share company’s core values. He believes innovation is a heart of every business and that is why he plays a significant leadership role in innovative startup business ventures under the umbrella of Strategic Systems International.
He has 20 plus years of project management and software design and development experience. Mr. Abbasi governs the software design for all of SSI’s decision support systems and provides optimization-modeling expertise for SSI’s consulting engagements. Prior to creating SSI, Mr. Abbasi was Director of Applications Development for General Optimization Inc. where he developed decision support systems for health care, transportation, financial services and process industries. He has consulted for public and private sector clients in business strategy, planning, and operational improvement areas. Mr. Abbasi holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, MS and BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. |

Shahab Ashraf / General Manager |
Shahab Ashraf is the General Manager for Strategic Systems International offshore. He joined strategic systems business as a founder member in 1999 and contributed significantly towards building global information technology competencies for SSI’s growing clients. As a head of operations, Mr. Ashraf oversees the operations, human capital and financial management at SSI.
Mr. Ashraf believes in strong and efficient business processes that delivers business performance. He is the main driving force in SSI to develop and improve software development processes of SSI’s software division.
Prior to SSI, he was working with KSB, a multinational pump manufacturing company and associated in management of company’s marketing strategies. Mr. Ashraf also worked at DESCON Engineering, which is Pakistan’s largest construction company; he was actively involved in company’s marketing plans for their construction services to clients in the petrochemical and oil & gas industries. Mr. Ashraf holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, USA and an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences. |

| Mubeen Hayee / Project
Director |
Mubeen Hayee is the Project Director for Strategic Systems International to deliver decision support systems to our growing international clients.
Mr. Hayee has been involved in building software development teams to develop projects and provide implementation support to the on-shore team. He has more than eleven years of experience in developing and managing multiple projects in the areas of healthcare information systems, supply chain management, task scheduling, telecommunications, airline staffing and event reservations.
Prior to joining Strategic Systems he was the Vice President of Development at CureMD Corporation, where he was responsible of providing strategic leadership to healthcare product development. He holds BSc degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Houston. |

Humayun Latif / Project Director |
Humayun Latif is a project director of Strategic Systems International to provide world class software solutions to SSI’s software engagements in financial industry.
Mr. Latif has been in the software industry for over 6 years. He possesses strong leadership and organizational skills that fosters innovation and delivers most critical projects to our clients.
Prior to joining Strategic Systems, he worked as a Business Analyst for an ERP software company in Montreal, Canada developing software for some of the world’s largest players in the metal processing industry. He has a Masters degree in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University, USA and a Bachelors degree in Commerce & Computer Science from McGill University, Canada.
